Tagpicpro is a subscription-based digital service that provides access to AI-powered tagging, metadata generation, and CSV export tools. Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to premium features upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused time.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may offer refunds in limited circumstances, including:
- You experienced a technical issue that made the platform unusable and our support team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- You were mistakenly charged more than once for the same subscription.
